Welcome to Dawai, a service provided by Neptune for Information Technology. By using our app or website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
By accessing or using the Dawai platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
You must be at least 18 years old or have legal guardian approval to use Dawai. By using the platform, you confirm that any information or prescriptions you upload are accurate and lawful.
Dawai allows users to upload prescriptions for medication orders. All prescriptions must be issued by licensed medical professionals. We reserve the right to verify prescriptions and reject any that are incomplete, expired, or appear fraudulent.
Dawai works with a network of pharmacies to provide access to medications. Availability may vary based on location and stock. In case of unavailability, users will be notified and offered alternatives or refunds.
We aim to deliver medications promptly through our logistics partners. However, delivery times are estimates and may be affected by external factors. Dawai is not liable for delays caused by weather, road conditions, or third-party issues.
We accept multiple payment methods, including online payment and cash on delivery (COD). Refunds (if applicable) will be processed via the original payment method or wallet. Refunds are subject to approval and may depend on the product condition and reason for return.
Users may store funds in their Dawai Wallet for easier checkout. Wallet balances are non-transferable and non-refundable, except as required by law or under special conditions.
Ensure all account and order information is accurate.
Do not misuse the platform for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
Follow medication usage as prescribed by your healthcare provider.

Neptune for Information Technology shall not be held responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Dawai, including but not limited to delivery issues, technical problems, or user negligence.
We collect and process personal data as described in our [Privacy Policy]. Your information is used to provide our services and will never be sold or shared without consent, except as required by law.
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the revised terms.
